Story :
A year after the release of Ishq, actor Nitin Kumar Reddy has made his comeback with his latest outing Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, which has been directed by Vijay Kumar Konda. It is good entertainer with rich production elements. When compared to Ishq, this movie has more comedy and romance. It has unique concept with a fresh approach towards the usual subject 'love'. Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde is a romantic comedy drama and the director has tried to include all mass masala elements in it. Nitin Kumar's energetic performance is the main attraction in the movie. Vijay Kumar Konda's narration and funny dialogues, Anoop Rubens' music, I Andrew's picturisation, Thagubothu Ramesh and Ali's comedy, Nithya-Isha's glamour and beautiful costumes, locations and art directions are its other highlights. The movie does not have any special subject and it deals with a routine story. But the director's treatment of the subject is very interesting. He has included many twists and turns to keep the audience glued to the screen. These twists and confusion make you laugh. The comedy and humour is not forced in the film, but they arises from the situation, which is one main plus point of the movie. The hero is a software engineer, who thinks that he is the smartest guy on the earth, but he turns out to be the biggest fool at the end. The story of Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde revolves around four friends, but the director confuses you so much that till the end, you can not figure out who is wooing who. Vijay Kumar Konda has created a clever screenplay for Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, which has a good-paced narration . He has made the first of the film very interesting with few romantic songs and comedy sequences, besides maintaining the curiosity of the audience. The comedy and romance continues in the second half too. The climax is brilliant, where Vijay Kumar Konda has given very good justification for the story.

Karthik (Nitin) is an independent software engineer, who lives life on his own terms. During his friend Pandu's (Ali) wedding party, he sees Shruthi (Isha Talwar) and falls in love with her. He tries to get her phone number through Pandu and start calling. But it is a wrong the number, which belongs Shravani (Nithya Menen). Karthik and Shravani start their romance over the phone. What happens when they come to know about the mix up will form the rest of the movie.
Star Performances And Technical Aspects :
- Nitin is the showman in the movie Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde. As a software engineer, he looks super-cool and rocking. He has shown lot of ease in comedy, dance and action scenes. His dialogue delivery is also impressive.
- Nithya's character has the hero in a spin and it has multiple shades. She has done justice to it with her brilliant performance. She looks quite natural and is good in her acting, body language and dialogue delivery. Her chemistry with Nitin is one of the main attractions in the movie and it is much better that in Ishq.
- Isha Talwar has less screen presence when compared to Nithya. But her character is very crucial for Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, which helps to maintain the curiosity among viewers. She has done well in the film and she is also a great dancer.
- Thagubothu Ramesh, Ali and Raghubabu have tried their best to tickle your funny bones. Other artists have also done justice to their roles.
- Anoop Rubens' music and background score are among the biggest strengths of the film. A couple of his composition are very good to listen. The remix version of Pawan Kalyan's song 'Nee Manase' is one of the main attraction in music department. It is sure to get lot of whistles and claps in theatres.
- Another highlight is the song 'Ding Ding Ding', which features badminton player Jwala Gutta, who is making her debut in films with this special song. Her presence will also add to the strength of the film.
- Cinematographer I Andrew has done brilliant picturisation especially in song sequences. Comedy scenes are biggest strength of the film and Vijay has penned some best funny one-liner. Other technical departments like art direction, costumes, makeup and editing are also commendable and surely add to the beauty of the film.
Final Words :
Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde is well written romantic comedy, which is coupled with best performance from lead actors. It is much better than Nitin's Ishq. Nitin-Nithya's chemistry and comedy will entertain you the most in the film. It is best time-pass movie for this weekend.
