Nandini Reddy's directorial Jabardasth which is touted as the romantic comedy entertainer is slated for grand release today(22 Feb). Having Siddharth and Samantha as the lead roles,The movie was rated U/A from the censor board. The run time of the movie is 150 minutes.

Story :

                Bairraju (Siddharth) and Shreya (Samantha), who meets in few circumstances happens to start a wedding management business on partnership and with in short span of time  they reach a high position. Shreya falls for Bairraju while the latter has no feelings for her except for the aim of earning money. And with smaller problems, they finally break their partnership and Bairraju starts up a similar new business with Saraswathi (Nithya Menon) while Shreya continues her Shreyas Media. However, both fail in their respective businesses and how does they solve their problems is all about Jabardasth.

Analysis :

               Thaman’s tunes are energetic and catchy , Meghamala song has shotted well and the cinematography is good. Dialogues by Veligonda Srinivas are nice and related to the scenes. Editing is just alright and art direction is impressive. Nandini Reddy’s direction is good while the screenplay is predictable though entertaining in parts. Production values are good.

Performances :
  • Siddharth is a good performer and he is at his best in Jabardasth.And he tried his best to fit into Bairraju character which is a massy and comic role.
  • Samantha well suited in Shreya's role which carries cute and charming looks in the movie.
  • Though Nitya Menon is limited for few scenes in the film.she justified for her Saraswathi role.
  • Thagubothu Ramesh, Telangana Sakuntala and Dharmavarapu Subramanyam brings out few laughs.

          Jabardasth Just upto the mark.A one time watcher and worth watching for samantha fans.
